Active Selling for above average revenue results
The Noah’s Rule Active Selling service is designed to offer clients an alternative to accepting the spot price on their commodities each week. Under this arrangement we provide our Active Engagement clients with weekly advice on short term hedging cover levels so their turnover of product can be hedged against falling markets and open to rising markets. While easier said than done, the outcomes we have achieved show the value of matching our sales approach to the prevailing trends and conditions in the market.
One of our client’s committed 30% of their gold production to the Noah’s Rule Active Selling program. They continued to manage hedging for the balance of production as they had previously. Over a period of 19 months, client revenue improved by over A$2.3m when compared to expected results based on the average closing price over the same period.
